As per provisions laid down in the Registration policy madarsas managed by a Committee nominated / elected by the local community and where minimum 35 students are enrolled are eligible for registration.
Upgradation of Madarsa As per provisions laid down in the Upgradation Policy madrasas already registered as primary level madarsa and fulfil all other conditions, can be upgraded to upper primary level madarsa on application in prescribed format.
List of important documents to be submitted for Madarasa registration /upgradation.
- मदरसा पंजीयन एवं क्रमोन्नयन नीति 2021
- Receipt of registration/up gradation fees deposited in RMB.
- Copies of all document as mentioned in check list and available with form.
- Affidavit on 10/- Rupees non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by notary public. (format is available with form)
- Self attested copies of ID proofs issued by Govt. (Voter's ID Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Driving Licence etc.) of all committee members.
- Undertaking for availability of separate toilet facility for boys and girls in madarsa.
